SUBSTANCE: device has back dielectric plates on back side, adjacent along horizontal line, in amount of n≥2... and back dielectric plates, adjacent along vertical line, in amount of m≥2..., which allowed to separate electrodes of anodes of panel on groups with their own electrodes outputs, and to increase duration time of charge burning with less scanning of cathodes.
EFFECT: increased brightness of display elements of plasma panel, removed image mosaicism, higher quality of displayed data.
