FIELD: canned food industry. SUBSTANCE: line has inspection conveyor, washing machine and cylindrical-conical rotor, positioned in succession along production line. Washing machine fruit exit end is connected with cylindrical part of rotor- cavitation extractor shell divided into two sections. Cylindrical part of rotor is separated from its diffuser part by bead on its inner surface and is positioned in shell section connected with steam source. Production line is further provided with aseptic filling and capping automatic machine, whose product inlet end is connected with shell section of extractor, and with sugar solution preparing container connected with cylindrical part of extractor rotor. EFFECT: increased capacity, simplified construction and wider range of high-quality canned products. 2 dwg
