FIELD: pharmaceutical industry. SUBSTANCE: present invention describes arylcycloalkyl derivatives of formula I wherein R is residue of formula (a), (b) and (c) wherein represents 1-4 substituents selected from hydrogen, alkyl, hydroxy, alkoxy, alkylalkoxy, carboxy, cyano, - alkyl, R5-alkylphenyl, NHC(O)C1-3, -OC1-3-alkyl halogen, amino, nitro, -OCH2O-,-alkyl, -C(O)-O-C1-4--alkyl; X is O, S, N-H, NH-C1-4-alkyl; C1-4 is H, N-C1-6-alkyl, R2-alkyl; C1-6 -C(O)-C1-6 is H, represents 1-3 substituents selected from hydrogen, alkyl, R2-alkyl, CO-C1-6-alkyl, OH, R3-alkyl, COC1-6-alkyl, halogen; C(O)-O-C1-6 is H, OH, OC1-6-alkyl, OCO-alkyl, COOH, COO-alkyl, OCO-alkyl-O-C(O)C1-6, O-CO-alkyl-NH-alkyl, OCO-alkyl-N-R4; n is 0,1 or 2, and a is optionally additional single bond. Compounds I show antiinflammatory properties and are useful for treating inflammatory diseases such as rheumatic arthritis, asthma and malignant tumors.
