FIELD: construction engineering; erection and repair of pipe lines. SUBSTANCE: frame of machine carries device for pouring primer over pipe line, tray for receiving excessive primer, unit for rubbing primer and removing excess of it and tape winding rotor with spool holder. Unit for rubbing primer and removing excess of it is mounted on inner end face of tape winding rotor which is adjacent to pouring device. Tray is provided with chute located under primer rubbing unit for receiving excessive primer. Frame is provided with running wheels for motion of machine over pipe line. After pouring the primer over pipe line, insulating tape is wound on it. EFFECT: reduced losses of primer; avoidance of contamination of soil. 1 dwg
