FIELD: heating equipment. SUBSTANCE: method involves direct conversion of temperature of monitored space and characteristic of thermodynamic state of material which is located in this space into heat level which is supplied to monitored space. Said method involves control of heat flow level depending on temperature of material by means of alternation of contact area of gas and liquid phases of material, which temperature is regulated, to heated surface of heat source due to movement of border of phase separation which is caused by alternation in thermodynamic state of this material. Corresponding device has sealed main bulb, which is partly filled with liquid and partly with gas, heating source, which surface is extended in vertical direction and contacts space inside bulb, additional bulb, which is volume is connected to setter of constant gas pressure at its upper point and to lower point of main bulb at its lower point.
