FIELD: biochemical methods. SUBSTANCE: albumin is obtained from albumin-containing solution by denaturation of foreign proteins with ethanol in presence of caprylic acid followed by separation of albumin from centrifuge. Clarified centrifuge is diluted with distilled water or physiologically acceptable buffer to 1-10% ethanol concentration and albumin is concentrated by ultrafiltration followed by diafiltration. Then, albumin is pasteurized in bulk, cooled, and subjected to additional sterilizing filtration. EFFECT: enabled monomer protein preparation. 2 tbl, 3 ex
