FIELD: radiolocation, radio communication with mobile objects. SUBSTANCE: characteristic feature of proposed method determining coordinates of mobile object lies in deployment of network of receivers in required number, in reception of signals of mobile objects and in establishment of their coordinates. Method of identification of subscribers and fixing their positions provides for communication of mobile object with base stations, for determination at central station with specified probability of correct reception from which zone message has come. Mentioned methods are realized with the help of communication system of mobile objects with central station. It is envisaged that receivers are placed on upper floors of buildings located on serviced territory while radio frequency communication line between subscribers and base stations is one-way line.
