FIELD: keeping of cut flowers, such as rose, tulip, carnation and chrysanthemum. SUBSTANCE: method involves dipping newly cut flowers in solution of water-soluble organic polyaminoacid, preferably polyaspartic acid. Method allows flower life to be increased by 2-3 times as compared to untreated flower. Besides, flower is prevented from wilting.
