SUBSTANCE: invention proposes a composition that can be used for treatment of patients with interleukin-1-mediated sicknesses (rheumatic arthritis, intestine inflammatory disease, sepsis, osteoporosis and others). The 1-st variant: inhibitor of interleukin-1 receptors and nonionogenic surface-active substance at mass ratio = (100:1)-(10000:1). The 2-d variant: components are taken at the following ratio, mas. p. p.: interleukin-1 inhibitor 4.9; citric acid 0.006; sodium citrate 0.9; sodium chloride 0.82, and nonionogenic surface-active substance 0.019. The 3-d variant: components are taken at the following ratio, mas. p. p.: interleukin-1 inhibitor 19.0; citric acid 0.006; sodium chloride 0.82, and nonionogenic surface-active substance 0.019. Invention ensures to obtain stable and homogeneous preparations without formation of unwanted aggregates.
