FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: this relates to equipment intended for preparing fuel mixture to be used in consumers such as internal-combustion engines (preferably diesel engines) of transportation facilities or burner with infinitely variable parameters. Finer atomization of fuel mixture and water is achieved by means of first mixing chamber, atomizing device, and ultrasonic power converter. Additionally introduced is second mixing chamber. Both mixing chambers accommodate rotary mixers which receive rotation from motors. All aforesaid components of apparatus including proportioning device for fuel and water are controlled through microprocessor-based controller unit. Ready fuel mixture is delivered to consumer through multiple-bore valve. Application of aforesaid embodiment of fuel mixture preparation apparatus ensures optimal parameters of exhaust gases.
