SUBSTANCE: invention relates to analogs of vitamin D₃ of the general formula (I) where R¹ and R² - hydrogen or acyl-group under condition that one of these groups R¹ or R² means hydrogen. Compounds are synthesized by photolysis of compound of the formula (II) using 4-dialkylaminobenzoate, in part, 4-dimethylaminobenzoate as a filter that blocks light at wavelength 290-320 nm. Invention relates to also a pharmaceutical composition based on compounds of the formula (I) that can be used for treatment of patients with hyperproliferative skin sicknesses, for example, psoriasis, acnes and seborrhea eczema.
