SUBSTANCE: invention relates to derivative of vitamin D of the formula (I):
wherein X means -O- or -S-; m = 1, 2, 3; R1 and R2 mean hydrogen atom or alkyl; R4 means hydrogen atom; R5 means hydrogen atom, hydroxyl, or R4 and R5 form in common a double 16,17-bond; R3 means group YR8 wherein Y means -O- or -S-; R8 means hydrogen atom, alkyl possibly substituted with fluorine atom or cycloalkyl; or -NR9R10 wherein R9 and R10 mean alkyl possibly substituted with fluorine atom or cycloalkyl; R6 means possibly substituted hydroxyl; R7 means hydrogen atom or a protective group. Compounds of the formula (I) are useful as therapeutic agents for treatment cutaneous diseases, such as psoriasis being they elicit the reduced hypercalciemic effect.
