SUBSTANCE: invention proposes derivatives of aminoascorbic acid of the formula (I) where R' is H, C₁-C₈-alkyl, CH₂R₃; R'' is C₂-C₈-alkyl, CH₂R₃, or when R' means H then R'' means -C(O)H; R³ is 5- or 6-membered heterocycle containing oxygen, nitrogen or sulfur atom as a heteroatom, C₁-C₈-alkyl, C₆-C₁₂-aryl or cyclohexyl; R,R₁,R₂ are H, benzyl. These compounds show anticarcinogenic effect. Compounds of the formula (I) are synthesized by different methods, in part, by alkylation of a compound of the formula (II) . EFFECT: improved methods of synthesis, enhanced antitumor activity of compounds.
