FIELD: radio and television engineering. SUBSTANCE: device is essentially compact antenna assembly coupled through channel with control console and usersТ communication devices: television-and-- radio receiver, computer, video camera, facsimile set, etc. Antenna assembly is made in the form of disk-shaped horizontal plate installed in any desired place convenient to handle. Antenna assembly accommodates electronic module electrically and functionally coupled with control console and through the latter, with peripheral data transceiving devices. Antenna assembly functions to shape narrow directivity pattern ; electronic module automatically scans space around installation site and, while displacing the directivity pattern, displays information about all assigned radio and television data channels on control console screen in all directions of vision of sources. User is free to set any desired program and available mode of operation on control console. Then this information arrives in the form of respective instruction at electronic module which is automatically adjusted to reception of chosen program and provides for automatic analysis of quality and stability of reception of chosen program permitted by using organization; to this end, antenna is provided with changeable switching unit.
