FIELD: communication devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication technology. Proposed is a mobile communication system where modules are embedded into mobile telephones. Within the common area covered by the communication system, there is at least one subscriber region within which, under special conditions, there is communication with mobile telephones, and devices, through which it can be established whether the mobile telephone is located in the subscriber region. According to the invention, these devices are located in a module or in an identification unit, which can be accessed through remote inquiry.
EFFECT: provision for verifying membership of location of mobile telephone to a subscriber region for telephones indisposed of the corresponding functions.
