FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making access to uterine tube and break its passability by means of mechanical action applied. Access to uterine tube is carried out by dilating cervical canal followed by fixing it with cannula. To damage cervical canal passability, contact action is performed by applying low power ultrasonic waves to uterine tube at 26.5 kHz frequency, 55-60 mcm amplitude due to wave guide instrument emitting end face oscillations during 3-5 s of exposition time. The method is realized through ultrasonic endoscopy device having ultrasonic oscillation source with acoustic unit connected through handle to endoscopy device casing having multi-halfwave rod of variable cross-section provided with emitting end face in the form of olive and supporting members being grooves with thoroidal fluoroplastic members. EFFECT: reduced risk of traumatic complications. 2 cl, 5 dwg
