FIELD: medical engineering; urology. SUBSTANCE: prostate is exposed to contact action by ultrasonic through prostatic section of urethra or rectum. Sequentially in the course of one procedure prostate is exposed to energy of high-amplitude low-frequency ultrasound of both urethral and rectal types. Front part of urethra is exposed to sonic waves through liquid medicinal preparation at the following acoustic and technical parameters: ultrasonic oscillation frequency of 26.5 kHz, amplitude of waveguide-tool ultrasonic oscillations of 35-60 mcm, space between radiating face of waveguide-tool and urethra mucous membrane of at least 2 mm, time of ultrasonic oscillation exposure of 60 s, waveguide-tool motion speed of at least 0.5 cm/s, speed of circular exposure to sonic waves of at least 60 rpm. Rectal exposure to sound waves is effected by contact through consistent medicinal preparation by movements of waveguide-tool working end in direction of excretory ducts of prostate lobules at the following acoustic and technical parameters: ultrasonic oscillation frequency of 26.5 kHz, amplitude of waveguide-tool ultrasonic oscillations of 20-35 mcm, time of exposure to ultrasonic oscillations of 120 s, waveguide-tool motion speed of at least 0.5 cm/s. device intended for method realization has ultrasonic generator, acoustic assembly and waveguide-tool. In first variant device is introduced urethrally by means of perforated dilator-limiter of urethra. Medicinal solution is fed through branch pipe. Acoustic assembly is provided with circular rotation drive. Waveguide-tool is made with radiating face tapered at 45 deg. In second variant device is introduced rectally. Working part of waveguide-tool represents olive with capillarity drain holes and flexible capillary-porous element in its cavity. Acoustic and technical parameters increase concentration of medicinal preparation in tissue with simultaneous action of ultrasound on prostate and urethra. EFFECT: higher results of treatment. 4 cl, 3 dwg
