FIELD: instrumentation engineering, check of level of liquid in technological vessels. SUBSTANCE: inductive discrete level indicator has sensitive element made up of three inductance coils as minimum. Coils are wound on carrying base and include sections of compact winding with width h. Number of floats corresponds to number of levels to be determined. Each float has leak-tight cavity that houses bushing of dielectric material which embraces sensitive element. Radiation coil interacting with inductance coils of sensitive element is wound on bushing and plate with self-sufficient power supply source and high-frequency generator of electromagnetic field is put on it. Converter incorporates input amplifiers which number corresponds to number of inductance coils and separation filters which number corresponds to number of inductance coils multiplied by number of floats. Number of conversion channels corresponds to number of floats. Sections of each inductance coils starting from second one are displaced by value h with reference to sections of preceding coil in uniformly alternating order. Width of winding of radiation coil corresponds to value h. EFFECT: expanded functional capabilities due to provision for simultaneous determination of levels of two and more immiscible liquids. 3 dwg
