PROCESS DETERMINING MASS OF FLOUR LOADED INTO FLOUR CARRIER WITH USE OF HOPPER TENSOMETRIC BALANCE Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

FIELD: measurement technology, various branches of industry. SUBSTANCE: initial readings of hopper tensometric balance are recorded prior to loading of flour into flour carrier. With achievement of preset level of flour in flour carrier discharge valve of hopper is shut and final readings of balance are recorded. Mass of flour loaded into flour carrier is determined as difference between final and initial readings of weights. Level of flour in flour carrier at which discharge valve of hopper is shut is set to be lower than that of fully loaded flour carrier. Before recording of final readings check of presence of flour at level corresponding to fully loaded flour carrier is conducted. EFFECT: increased accuracy of determination of mass of flour thanks to prevention of presence of flour in loading device after termination of loading of flour carrier. 1 dwg
