FIELD: weight measuring facilities. SUBSTANCE: prior to loading flour into tank, initial readings of balance are recorded, then charging device is pressed to charging hatch of flour tank and discharge valve of charging device is opened. Then discharge valve of weighing hopper is opened and flour from weighing hopper passes into flour tank. When lower preset level of flour in tank is reached, as indicated by level detector, discharge valve of weighing hopper is closed. Mass of flour portion loaded into flour tank is 95-98% of nominal mass of flour loaded into tank. After charging of flour tank with said portion of flour absence of flour in flour tank at level A is checked using level detector. Level A corresponds to fully loaded flour tank and if there is no flour at this level, other portion of lour is filled in whose mass is equal to 0.1-0.5% of nominal mass of flour charge into flour tank, and if flour at level A is present, charging is stopped. Process of loading of flour into tank by small portion is continued until flour level reaches A level. EFFECT: improved accuracy of determination of mass of flour loaded into flour tank by means of hopper strain-gauge balance. 1 dwg
