Provision is made for the second one-time valve. Section containing virus inactivating substance which represents photoactive substance is positioned on flexible tube between one-time valves. Bag is made of at least partially transparent plastic. In the second variant of device section containing virus inactivating substance, which is essentially photoactive substance, is provided directly in bag hollow, and flexible tube is couped to bag through one-time valve.
