SUBSTANCE: invention proposes a new antiasthmatic drug as tablets that has the following components, wt.-%: theophylline monohydrate 14.2-16.2; caffeine monohydrate 7.2-9.5; paracetamol 31.7-35.0; phenobarbital 2.8-3.8; ephedrine hydrochloride 2.8-3.8; deadly night-shade (belladonna) extract 0.4-0.6; cytisine 0.016-0.018; polyvinylpyrrolidone 1.8-2.2; calcium stearate 0.1-1.0; stearic acid 0.1-1.0, and potato starch - the rest. Method of preparing tablets showing antiasthmatic effect involves preparing mass for tabletting by successive mixing half doses of paracetamol and potato starch with ephedrine hydrochloride, phenobarbital, caffeine monohydrate, theophylline monohydrate and then - with the remained half doses of paracetamol and potato starch. Obtained mixture is wetted with polyvinylpyrrolidone solution containing dissolved belladonna extract and cytisine and then mixture is wetted with a mixture of polyvinylpyrrolidone solution with starch filling solution. Then wet granulation, drying and dry granulation are carried out and then mass is powdered with potato starch, calcium stearate, stearic acid and tabletted.
