FIELD: medicine, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing mass for tabletting as a mixture of powder-like components: paracetamol, starch, caffeine and cacao. Mixture is wetted with citric acid and starch paste solutions which are mixed preliminary. To wetted mass acetylsalicylic acid ground to particle size 100-300 mcm is added and a mixture of acetylsalicylic acid with wetted mass is stirred for 5-8 min. Then wetted mass is subjected for moist granulation, dried, powdered with talc and calcium stearate, subjected for dry granulation and tabletted. For wetting 45-55% solution of citric acid and 6-10% solution of starch paste are used taken at volume ratio = (0.8-1.2): 7. Method provides an uniform distribution of acetylsalicylic acid in mass for tabletting, improves indices of strength and abradability of analgetic and antipyretic tablets proposed.
