FIELD: medicine, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: composition for tablets making has the following components, wt.-%: ketotifen fumarate, 0.36-0.6; calcium dibasic phosphate dihydrate, 79.5-88.0; magnesium stearate, 0.5-1.0; and potato starch, the balance. Method of preparing involves mixing powder-like potato starch and calcium dibasic phosphate dihydrate and obtained mixture is wetted with starch filling. Then method involves moisture granulation and obtained granulate is dried followed by its dry granulation. Then part of obtained dried granulate is powdered with ketotifen fumarate and magnesium stearate, obtained mass is mixed with residue of dried granulate and tabletted.
