FIELD: food industry; equipment for clarification and stabilization of grape juice and wine materials. SUBSTANCE: centrifuge has housing with centrifugate and sediments collectors, liquid carbon dioxide chamber and cylindrically conical rotor with centrifugate and sediment discharge hole installed in housing. Rotor has section with supersonic nozzles for delivering liquid carbon dioxide into separation zone. Cylindrically conical auger is installed coaxially inside the rotor, and feed pipe is installed inside drum of auger. Auger is made in form of permanent magnet with radial poles. EFFECT: effective cleaning of source material from cloud forming substances, improved quality of product. 1 dwg
