FIELD: metallurgy, power engineering, instrumentation engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention is related to manufacture of units and parts of electric reaction low-thrust engines and technological sources of plasma. Process includes usage of adhesive composition based on alumo-chrome-phosphate binder and fabrication of metal shell joined to ceramic chamber by means of insulator to form rivet holes and curls with preset spacing on shell. It is envisaged to create grooves and relief of specified geometry with certain ratio of thicknesses of shell and ceramic in ceramic. Minerals, threadlike crystals and fibers of aluminum, silicon and boron nitrides are proposed to be employed in the capacity of filling agents. EFFECT: substantially enhanced strength, reliability and heat resistance of bonding that leads to prolonged operational life of engines and sources of plasma. 17 cl, 4 dwg, 2 tbl
