CLUTCH Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: clutch includes release clutch with bearing fitted in its housing which is engageable with pressure spring of pressure spring of clutch. Clutch has bearing plate fitted by its central hole on tail-piece of release clutch adjoining its transversal flange. Clutch includes also release fork engageable with bearing flats of bearing plate by its working parts pressed by bent ends of connecting spring. Projections provided on inner surface of central hole of bearing plate are received by transversal slots of longitudinal projections. Bearing plate is fixed against turn by shoulders of transversal flange made according to contour of bearing flats of bearing plate. Bearing plate is fixed against axial shift by connecting spring embracing the tail-piece and received by transversal slots of longitudinal projections between surface of bearing plate and opposite wall of each slot. EFFECT: simplified construction; facilitated procedure of assembly. 3 cl, 3 dwg
