FIELD: medicinal biophysics. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used when investigating physico-chemical condition of biological medium in study of mechanism of action of external and internal factors on body condition. Physical- chemical condition of liquid biological medium is investigated taking into consideration effects of external and internal factors. Evaluation is made from alteration in permolecular structure of biological medium on the whole. Liquid medium is dried and, when solvent is evaporated, crystallogram obtained is examined in non-polarized light. If aggregated structural elements are observed, development of pathologic process is judged of and disturbance of homeostasis is estimated from formation of complex morphologic forms. When complex morphologic forms are structured, undergo orientation, and coarse complex aggregates disappear, improvement of corporal condition and compensation of homeostasis are stated.
