FIELD: microwave equipment, information displaying equipment. SUBSTANCE: device has line layers, including X buses and emitter lines which are oriented along X buses, and Y buses and additional lines which are oriented along Y buses. Y buses are located about ends of projections of pair of additional insulating layers. Other lines are flat-parallel to substrate. Free ends of emitters are located between Y buses and are connected to X buses through film loading resistors. EFFECT: increased electric strength of device, increased surface of cathode, decreased capacitance and voltage level at circuits of X and Y buses, uniform emission, possibility to design film displays with visualization of image for reflection, quasi-planar technology of manufacturing without use of submicron lithography. 19 cl, 3 dwg
