FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to herniology. Essence of the invention lies in the following: instruments are introduced into abdominal cavity by means of laparoscopic operation from three mini-accesses, one of which is immediately above navel, the other two being at least 7-8 cm above and below navel on middle line. Intestine is released and peritoneum is dissected with an oval, at least 7 cm long cut, approximately 3 cm above obturator canal. Hernial sac is separated from obturator fascia and composite mesh with dimensions 6x11 cm is placed into free after intestine release space. Obturator opening is overlapped with 3-5 cm excess. Composite mesh is fixed on perimetre to obturator fascia with staples which are applied by endo hernia stapler, and covered with peritoneum, with its fixation on perimetre.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to avoid possible postoperative complications.
