FIELD: therapeutic methods. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to active agent controlled emission means made in the form of gel-like dispersion. The means consists of (i) nucleus containing therapeutically effective agent, polymer forming gel-like microscopic particles on hydration, and, optionally, polymer hydration modulation agent, and (ii) waterproof, water-insoluble holes-containing coating which is bond to nucleus and wraps the latter. Coating provides surface for hydration and release of dispersion containing gel-like microscopic particles.
