SUBSTANCE: dry powder inhaler applicable for pulmonary or nasal delivery comprises an inhaler body and a capsule plate having a capsule chamber integrated therein and containing a therapeutic substance. The inhaler body comprises a hole limited between an upper wall and a lower wall, which has at least one open end, which can engage the capsule plate into the hole; an inhalation passage extending through the upper wall and opening into the inhaler body at one end and an inhalation tube at the other one, and cutting media on the upper and lower walls. The capsule plate is movable between the first position, wherein the capsule plate is removed from the hole, and the second position, wherein the capsule chamber is even with the inhalation passage in the upper wall and an output on the lower wall of the body. The cutting media are integrated into the inhaler body and made of the same material in the single-step process of the inhaler body so that the inhaler is formed by two working components.
