SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to a dry powder inhaler comprising a body having a dispersion chamber, a distribution hole, through which the user inhales, a feed port, wherein a capsule with a dry powder dose to be inhaled is introduced, and at least one movable portion configured to move in relation to the above body between the first and second extreme positions. According to the invention, the above movable portion travels between its extreme positions to actuate a sliding organ or a rotary projection respectively configured to open the above capsule by separating the above portions of the capsules from each other so that the dispersion chamber contains at least a portion of a hollow capsule at the moment of inhalation; at least the portion of the capsule as stated above swirls in the above dispersion chamber during the inhalation for powder dispersion and/or grinding.

EFFECT: invention enables reducing contamination of the inner structure from the outside.
