SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nitroesters of the general formula (I) where A and B - hydrogen atom, free or substituted alkyl; R - a residue of the formula (a) , (b) , (c) , (d) , (e) , (f) , (g) , (h) , (i) , (j) ; R₂ - hydrogen atom, methyl, ethyl, C_3-12-alkyl; Y - oxygen atom, NH, NR₁ where R₁ - alkyl; n = 1-10 that show antiinflammatory and/or antithrombocyte activity. Introduction of terminal nitroester group into general formula of derivatives (I) enhances pharmacological activity of nonsteroid antiinflammatory agents and eliminates adverse effects caused by treatment of these drugs.
