SUBSTANCE: invention describes compounds of their salts of the following general formula (I): A-(B)_bo-C-N(O)₂ wherein bo = 0 or 1; A means R-T₁- wherein R represents radical of medicinal agent given in the invention claim; T₁ means (CO), oxygen (O), sulfur (S), nitrogen (N) atom or NR_1C wherein R_1C represents hydrogen atom (H) or (C₁-C₅)-alkyl; B means -T_B-X₂-T_BI wherein T_B and T_BI are similar or different and taken among (CO), O, S, N or NR_1C wherein R_1C given above; X₂ represents bivalent bridge group as corresponding precursor B as given in the invention claim; C represents bivalent radical -T_C-Y- wherein T_C means (CO), O, S, N or NR_1C wherein R_1C is given above; Y has values as represented in the invention claim. Also, invention describes a pharmaceutical composition based on compounds of the formula (I) for it using in oxidative stress and/or endothelial dysfunctions. Invention provides preparing new compounds and their salts eliciting valuable biological properties.
