FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has active resistance electrode, power supply source, accumulation capacitor, electronic control unit, charging unit of the accumulation capacitor, impulse coordination unit, indication unit and passive electrode. The accumulation capacitor provides electric power supply of the impulse coordination unit by means of low-power power supply source. It enables one to form high stability active electrode heating impulses. The electronic control unit has analog-to-digital converter and microprocessor unit controlling operation of the charging unit useable for controlling heat impulse power magnitude.
