SUBSTANCE: vodka contains the following ingredients, kg/1000 dal of prepared product: glycin, 0.9-1.0; succinic acid, 0.9-1.0; citric acid, 0.9-1.0; sugar, 9.0-10.0. Vodka also comprises, l: cedar nut aromatic alcohol, 50.0-55.0; hydrolyzate of milt of salmon family fishes, 1.0-1.2; medical herb infusion, 1.5-50.0; aqueous-alcoholic liquid, the balance. As medical herb infusion vodka may contain ginseng infusion in the amount of 1.5-2.0 l and/or thyme infusion in the amount of 40.0-42.0 l, or wormwood infusion in the amount 45.0-50.0 l, or golden root infusion in the amount of 7.0-8.0 l, or sweet-grass infusion in the amount of 6.0-7.0 l. In order to intensify adaptogenic properties, infusion of velvet antlers is additionally introduced in vodka in the amount of 1.8-2.0 l especially in combination with ginseng infusions. Besides, vodka may additionally contain aromatic alcohol of rusks of rye bread in the amount of 40.0-42.0 l and thyme. The vodka is enriched with biologically active substances and microelements.
