SUBSTANCE: vodka "Asia" has the following components, per 1000 dal of ready product: glycine, 0.1-0.3 kg; Jerusalem artichoke concentrate, 0.01-0.02 kg; refined granulated sugar, 18-22 kg; dry wheat yeast-free small loaf extract of the 1-st blend, 3.5-4.5 l and rectified ethyl alcohol and drinking purified water, the balance, to obtain the final proof value 40%. Combination of vodka components and their quantitative ratio provides to soften taste and esters formation providing vodka aroma and to enrich its with biologically active complex.
