FIELD: hydraulic engineering; erection of surface structures in permafrost zones. SUBSTANCE: method includes drilling the leading well whose diameter is lesser than diameter of pile, lowering the tubular pile into permafrost under action of torque and axial force, filling the interior of tubular pule with soil and concrete and holding it till freezing together with permafrost mass. Tubular pile is lowered into permafrost mass below bottom of well drilled to depth and having diameter determined from relationships given in description. Interior of tubular pile is filled with soil from the walls of well bore in the course of its lowering. EFFECT: increased load-carrying capacity of pile; facilitated procedure of lowering pile into permafrost; reduced labour consumption and usage of materials. 4 dwg
