FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and can be used in erection of pile foundations of process platforms of buildings and structures in areas of permafrost soils with preservation of foundation soils in permafrost state for entire service life of building or structure. Method for constructing a pile in a cryolite zone is that a drill assembly is assembled, consisting of drill pipes, a hammer, a pilot bit, a concentric drill bit assembled with a coupling with the possibility of their mutual rotation, wherein the concentric drilling bit is connected to the casing pipe by means of a permanent connection, and the pilot bit is connected to the coupling by means of a detachable bayonet connection. Performing the well drilling and at the same time submerging the casing to the design mark through thawed soils and permafrost soils under the casing pipe protection, without causing the well walls collapse, after which the bayonet connection is disconnected, the pilot bit, the hammer and the drill pipes are removed from the well, at that the casing pipe connected to the concentric drill bit and the coupling is left in the well at the design mark. Inside the casing pipe with the help of drill pipes and a tool for lowering the stopper plug, a stopper plug is installed, wherein when the stopper plug is lowered into the coupling zone, the drill pipes turn and the bayonet connection is assembled, providing immobility of thrust bearing relative to casing pipe along building structure vertical axis. Creating an additional vertical force on the drill pipes, cutting the rivets and removing the drill pipes together with the heel plug lowering tool, then the casing with the installed pivoted plug is left at rest without applying a construction load for the outer surface of the casing and the plug-pivot with permafrost soils to freeze.

EFFECT: increasing carrying capacity and possibility of pile dismantling.
