FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: unit comprises the following components mounted on a portal frame, which mostly holds a satellite trolley: sleeper centralisers, nut setters with socket wrenches of their spindles, vertically movable grips of liners, sleeper fixators. Sleepers are arranged into one layer with attached liners onto the satellite trolley. Removable side sleeper stops are mounted on the frame. Vertically movable bodies with socket wrenches of the nut setter spindles are connected with the vertically fixed bodies by means of plate bushing chains. Vertically movable grips of liners are arranged as capable of interaction with end surfaces of the liners. Sleeper fixators are arranged as vertically movable. The unit is equipped with a device for catching and removing of liners and adjacent joints.

EFFECT: unit makes it possible to reliably unscrew nuts of insert bolts with reliable separation of liners from sleepers with their quick and reliable grip, to catch and arrange liners and appropriate fixtures in an accumulating tank.
