MOBILE DEVICE FOR REINFORCED CONCRETE PALES INSTALLATION BASED ON EPURE AND "CORD" Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC E01B29/13 

FIELD: construction, roads.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to motorisation of assembling and renovation activities (disassembling, replacement of rejected elements and assembling) related to rail links by bench-top method at industrial depot of track machine station. The device is represented as a frame resting upon wheel supports to move racks along enveloping way rails. Swinging and support levers are mounted on the frame so that they can interact with a pale and be connected to controller. The device is equipped with a pale laying mechanism based on "cord" and consecutive movement mechanism. The pale laying mechanism by cord is represented as a yoke mounted on frame and is movable in vertical plane from hydro cylinder. Two sliders are available in the yoke guides. The pivoted lever is hinge-connected in the lower part of each slider so that it can interact with pale groove rim for the pad. The yoke is installed on the frame at a distance from pivoted and support levers equal to pale epure pace. Consecutive movement mechanism consists of two hydro cylinders fixed to the device frame. The cylinder rods is hinge-connected with movable carriage provided with gripping mechanisms for fixing rails.

EFFECT: possibility of pale installation based on epure and "cord" during rail link assembling or renovation at tack machine station industrial depot.
