FIELD: power engineering; water-supply systems for agriculture, oil extraction from low-discharge wells. SUBSTANCE: hollow shaft of main windwheel accommodates shaft of additional windwheel coupled through reduction unit with crankshaft radius changer. Speed of additional windwheel is as many times lower than that of main windwheel as its optimal speed according to criterion of maximum power developed is lower than no- load speed. Since gear ratio of reduction unit is higher, additional windwheel actually runs at no load and its speed equals optimal speed of main windwheel. When main windwheel runs at speed other than optimal value, relative rotation of shafts takes place at which crankshaft radius is changed through reduction unit thereby increasing or decreasing load on main windwheel and, hence, and its speed is brought to optimal value for available wind speed. EFFECT: improved capacity of plant due to automatic variation of working element travel. 1 dwg
