FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: composite crankshaft of the piston machine contains two flanges with crank journals and crank neck, installed in eccentric holes of flanges, and fixed against rotation relatively to the said holes. The device fixing the crank neck against rotation is made in form of pin, inserted in the flange hole, its longitudinal axis crosses the axis of rotation of the shaft, for example, is directed along radius or is parallel to radius of the flange. At section of the cylindrical surface of the crank neck located in the eccentric hole of the flange, a recess is made with forming of the straight section in contact with the straight section of the pin surface. Inside the crank neck at side entering the eccentric hole of the flange a groove is made forming internal cone surface in contact with external surface of cone spacer. The spacer is tensioned inside the crank neck with possibility of contact making with required stress between the straight sections of the surface of groove of the crank neck and pin, and to create tension in mating surfaces of the crank neck and eccentric hole of the flange.
EFFECT: reduced dimensions of composite draw together shaft, and increased design reliability.
