FIELD: production of steam. SUBSTANCE: invention is meant for production of steam in boilers employing metal steam-producing conduits. Process includes heating of liquid in conduit to temperature above saturation of formed steam, reduction of pressure in it and maintenance of temperature of walls of conduit below that of limit overheating of liquid due to application of current removing potential to its walls. Current removing potential is set in this case within limits of 10.0-60.0 V. Conduit is made from metal and incorporates many tubes.
