FIELD: bullets used in sniping cartridges for hitting of light armored fighting and auxiliary equipment and targets positioned behind a shelter.

SUBSTANCE: the bullet has an envelope positioned in which are an armor-piercing core, ignition compound and a balancer. A sleeve is positioned between the balancer. A sleeve is positioned between the balancer and the armor-piercing core, the ignition compound is placed in the sleeve. The sleeve wall thickness makes up , where - the sleeve diameter. The mass of the ignition compound makes up at least 0.130 , and the balancer mass - 0.40...0.65 , where - the mass of the armor-piercing core.

EFFECT: provided safety in manufacture of the bullet and expanded range of ignition properties.
