SUBSTANCE: vodka contains the following ingredients per 1000 dal: honey introduced in prepared vodka in batches at mixing, 6.5-7.5 kg; St. John'swort alcoholic infusion of 40% strength at ratio of St.John'swort and alcohol 1:5 introduced in prepared vodka after introduction of the last honey batch, 0.1-0.3 l; aqueous-alcoholic liquid from ethyl rectified alcohol "Extra" and water, the balance up to vodka strength 40%. EFFECT: broadened assortment of high-quality vodkas with biologically active complex and improved organoleptical properties at minimum consumption of ingredients. 1 tbl
