FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: water-alcohol solution (assortment) is prepared in assortment tank bearing in mind production of 40% vodka. Thus obtained "assortment" is thoroughly stirred and passed through coal-refinement battery at filtration velocity up to 40 dal/h on fresh coal and up to 30 dal/h on regenerated coal. Filtered vodka is poured into adjustment tank. Sugar in the form of 65.8% sugar syrup or in the form of aqueous solution is added to assortment or adjustment tank. Dry extract of saltwort (Siberian herb-tea) is dissolved in corrected water, filtered, and added to adjustment tank in portions with stirring for 5-10 min after each portion. Contents of adjustment tank is stirred, adjusted if necessary, and, after control filtration, bottled. For 1000 dal of vodka, 0.09-0.11 kg of dry extract of saltwort "Siberian herb-tea" and 9,9010,1 kg of sugar are used along with rectified ethyl alcohol called "Extra" and corrected drinking water in amounts to give 40% vodka. EFFECT: extended assortment of quality vodkas and reduced their cost price. 3 ex
