SUBSTANCE: special vodka "Tsentrotorgovskaya Priyatnaya" comprises the following components per 1000 dal of ready product: fructose, 2.9-3.0 kg; lactic acid, 0.24-0.25 kg; sodium hydrocarbonate, 0.39-0.4 kg; glycerol, 0.39-0.4 kg; natural honey of light sorts, 2.95-3.0 kg; orange peal aromatic alcohol, 4.95-5.0 l, and rectified ethyl alcohol "Ekstra" and purified drinking water, the balance, to provide the blend strength 40%. Invention provides enhancing organoleptic indices of special vodka by conferring a favorable harmonic vodka aroma with light violet-pear-ginger tint in combination with significant decrease of vodka caloricity.
