SUBSTANCE: in agreement with proposed process metal is poured out to level of 250-420 mm and electrolyte - to level not less than 50 mm, temporary protection of repair area in the form of build-up is formed from repair mixture containing, per cent by mass: alumina 25.0-50.0; fluoride salts 5.0-20.0, electrolyte 40.0-70.0. Damaged coal block is replaced partially or completely with plate carrying coal-carrying material in which capacity coal and graphite plates are used.
